For the team at Feedback Encuestas Online, it is important to manage the transparency and confidentiality of the Raffle process. Below, you can find our terms and conditions.

FEEDBACK RAFFLE POLICY

  1. General Background: www.feedbackencuestasonline.com (hereinafter «FEEDBACK» and/or «THE ORGANIZER») of IVEERRE, CUIT 30714969176, with its registered office at Av. Cramer 1625, Floor 2, Buenos Aires City, will organize a raffle (hereinafter, the «Raffle») among those who participate in the survey (hereinafter, the «Survey»).
  2. The Raffle: The raffles will take place on the date indicated on the cover and/or announcement of each raffle. It is open to the general public, free of charge, and without any purchase obligation, exclusive to participants of the Surveys, aged 18 and over.
  3. Mechanics: Respondents to the Surveys will participate in the raffle, which will be conducted on the date mentioned in point 2 above, through the use of https://app-sorteos.com/. This procedure will be recorded and broadcast through the means that Feedback deems appropriate, as long as it allows participants to witness the process. The raffles will randomly identify two winners who will receive the following prizes: a Gold prize of 200 dollars and a Silver prize of 50 dollars, awarded to the respondents selected by the App-Sorteos application.
  4. Announcement of Winners: The winners of the raffle will be announced on FEEDBACK’s social media pages. The winner will have 48 hours to contact us and coordinate the delivery of the prize. If no contact is made, we will proceed to include and notify the designated alternate. If we are unable to reach the winner or if contact cannot be made, the prize will remain with the Organizer. After receiving a response within the set timeframe, we will publish the winner’s name on FEEDBACK’s Facebook and Instagram pages. The Organizer reserves the right to disclose the winner’s name through any communication channel it deems appropriate, for the time it considers necessary, without any obligation to compensate for such disclosure.
  5. Exclusions: This promotion is not open to directors and/or employees of FEEDBACK, auditors, individuals and companies hired to provide any product or service related to the promotion, their relatives by blood or marriage up to the second degree, and their spouses. Also excluded are former employees of the Organizer who left their position within the 120 days preceding the start of the promotion, as well as their relatives up to the same degree. It is strictly prohibited to participate with more than one email address corresponding to the same Participant. If the Organizer determines that any registered Participant has violated or transgressed any of the provisions of these Terms, they will be immediately excluded. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided and agree to keep the Organizer indemnified from any liability. The inaccuracy of these data will result in the forfeiture of any rights to the prize.
  6. Personal Data: Every participant in this promotion expressly authorizes the Organizer or its affiliates to send them periodic information about surveys conducted by FEEDBACK. If the user does not wish to receive such information, they may notify the Organizer in writing. Every participant in the promotion consents to the collection and storage of their data in a database managed by FEEDBACK. The participant may exercise their rights of access, correction, and/or deletion of their data as provided by Law 13.709/18. Every participant consents to the transfer or sharing of their data with third parties associated with FEEDBACK for advertising, promotional, and/or marketing purposes.
  7. Image Use: Participants authorize FEEDBACK and any companies or individuals linked to it to use their image in connection with this Raffle and to publish their full names on social media.
  8. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this promotion implies full and irrevocable knowledge and acceptance of all the conditions outlined in these Terms, which will be available on the promotion page. The Organizer reserves the right to define matters not explicitly stated herein, as well as to extend the duration or temporarily or permanently suspend the promotion as necessary, without altering the essence of the raffle, at any time it deems appropriate. Participants are and will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. Inaccurate information will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim a prize. The Organizer, upon detecting entries that may have been generated through fraudulent practices, may take precautionary measures to avoid any fraud, deception, and/or manipulation in awarding the Raffle prize, including the exclusion of such entries. Additionally, any attempts to register with incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated information will result in disqualification from participating in the raffle.
  9. Prize Delivery: To receive the Gold and Silver prizes, participants must, within 48 business hours of being notified, provide their full name, national identification number, and a photo of the ID, verifying their identity with the relevant and valid documentation before receiving the Gold and Silver prizes. Facebook does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Raffle in any way, nor is it associated with the Organizer.
  10. Jurisdiction: For the purposes of this raffle, the parties: a) submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary National Courts located in Buenos Aires City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction; and b) establish domicile at the locations indicated in the heading and the participants’ provided addresses, where all notifications, citations, claims, summonses, and other legal and extrajudicial proceedings will be considered valid.
